Windsurfing Update.

Erica and I post windsurfing.
Windsurfing went significantly better for Erica and myself during session two. We are really getting the hang of it! When we were finished Erica said “Wow! Why was I having so much trouble last time?? That was easy!” and I agreed with her. By the end of yesterday’s session, I could stay on the board and steer in the direction that I wanted to go. A vast improvement. Can’t say that I managed to stay totally dry, but I did spend more time on the board then not. In fact, the only problem that we had was the tide. When our session started at 1000, the tide was out as far as it could go…remember when I said that you could walk for miles along the sandbar? Well that’s what we did, hauling our windsurfing rigs behind us. It was unpleasant.

My tan is bad, It's bad-you know it! (bad bad-really, really bad)
I didn’t even feel very sore or tired after this go round…..until this morning anyway. My shoulders and my upper arms are very sore, followed by my legs and lower back. Still a great workout. I have funny tan lines too. I was wearing a long sleeve wetsuit and I forgot to sunscreen my hands, so now it looks like I tanned my hands to look like gloves in memory of Michael Jackson or something.
I just have to find a place to windsurf when I get back home. Don’t want to lose my new skill!
Cute Tan! Nice memorial!
That’s a new take on the farmer’s tan.
